Experience deep relaxation as you voyage on a Body Odyssey. With over two decades of experience, Shari will create a unique session just for you, combining a wide range of modalities with an emphasis on deep flowing bodywork. Be transformed by the power of love and care.

Modalities include: Therapeutic Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, MFR, Acupressure, Cupping, Shiatsu, Thai Massage with hot herbal compress, Reiki, Chi Nei Tsang (abdominal massage), Pregnancy Massage, Hot Stone, and Cranial Sacral Therapy and Energy work. We use high quality organic oils and herbal blends in our sessions.

Body Odyssey offers an extraordinary experience of relaxation and passive movement, bringing together a unique combination of various floor work traditions including Thai massage, shiatsu, Breema, acupressure, and barefoot compression. Wonderful, aromatic hot herbal compresses are incorporated. Made with anti inflammatory herbs, they ease muscle tension and enhance blood flow.

Note: This sesion takes place on a comfortable Mat on the floor. You will be clothed throughout this session. Please wear comfortable cloths that you can move in such as sweats or yoga pants.
